Supporting our UK team is a network of farms and producers, who ensure we can deliver a year-round supply of fruit, vegetables and salads to our customers. We work with partners in 40 countries around the world to source the most delicious in-season produce, from small family farms and large multinational producers to FairTrade and organic growers.

As a reliable and trusted partner, some of our suppliers have been growing fresh foods for the company for over 50 years.

We believe in investing locally with our partners, sharing best practice, to ensure we all reap the rewards of fresh produce.

MWW have worked with our Kenyan partner, EAGFP (East African Growers Fresh Produce Ltd) over the last 3 years to build capacity and target improvements within their supply base.

We work with communities around the world to help them sell their produce in the UK and Europe. We select like-minded growers and producers who share our values, and many have been supplying us for over 25 years.

With more than 60,000 jobs in agriculture supported by MWW globally, either directly or indirectly, we understand the impact that we have on the wider ecosystem of people and places we trade with, and the value of our loyalty and dedication to those communities.

Our work to support communities isn’t just focused on far-away countries where our exotic fruit and vegetables are picked. Closer to home we work with Fareshare, a national network which redistributes surplus food to charities and community groups. To date, we have supplied more than 720 tonnes of fresh fruit and vegetables to Fareshare - enough to dish up 1.7 million meals to those most in need.
