During our most important and prestigious event of the year, the Annual Awards Ceremony, our team, along with that of Chairman Sant Mehta and senior leaders, made the celebration of commitment and excellence truly special at MWW.
We took immense pride in honouring over 20 individuals with Long Service Awards, acknowledging tenures of dedication that ranged from ten years to an incredible four decades! Our colleagues' loyalty and passion are the pillars of MWW’s thriving culture and ongoing success.
The spotlight also shone brightly on the exceptional talent within our ranks during the Employee of the Year Awards. From a group of standout nominees and five finalists, Marius Cotoran emerged as the well-deserved winner of the 2023 Employee of the Year.
