MWW Farms and Top Barn Produce recently underwent a comprehensive review during a routine visit by the Home Office, with a focus on interviewing Sponsored Seasonal Workers sponsored by Pro-force. We are pleased to announce that the outcomes of the visit were resoundingly positive, underscoring our dedication to excellence.

The Home Office conducted in-depth interviews with 22 of our workers, examining their working and living conditions. Encouragingly, all 22 workers expressed complete satisfaction with both their accommodations and their work environment. In fact, a few workers even expressed interest in potential opportunities for their family members to join our brilliant team.

Key figures in our organisation, including Simon Barnet and Duncan Gibbons, alongside Louise Swindale from HR, were also interviewed during the visit. Their contributions were commended, with the Home Office praising our robust compliance policies and procedures, highlighting the exemplary management of our farm and packhouse operations.

In an additional positive development, the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA) joined us on the second day of the visit. They conducted a thorough inspection of the accommodations provided by Pro-force and, with only a few minor recommendations, expressed satisfaction with all the facilities provided.

This visit serves as a testament to our unwavering commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment for our seasonal workers. We extend our congratulations to both MWW Farms and Top Barn Produce for achieving this remarkable outcome. The positive feedback from both the Home Office and GLAA reinforces our dedication to maintaining the highest standards in our operations.
