Celebrating our people: long-service and ‘Achievement in Action’ awards
We kickstarted 2026 with MWW’s annual recognition event – celebrating the people and teams who help drive performance, strengthen service, and move the business forward.
In a family business like ours, our success is built by people who show up with pride, energy and commitment. The event reflected what we value most at MWW: long-term dedication, teamwork, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Here are some highlights from the day…
Long-service awards: a huge thank you
We’ve been in the business for more than 50 years, and it’s such an honour to recognise the long-standing team members that have grown with us over the decades.
This year, we had 24 colleagues across the business who reached their 10th and 30th work anniversaries with us – so we took the opportunity to recognise their long-term commitment with MWW.
To those colleagues, we say a big thank you, and we look forward to the next 10 years working with you!
‘Achievement in Action’ awards: making things happen
We also celebrated our ‘Achievement in Action’ Awards, which showcase people who made a real difference to MWW in 2025. They are the colleagues who spot opportunities, solve tricky and difficult problems, and find better ways of working. They keep their finger on the pulse of the industry and ensure MWW is always developing and meeting our goal of striving for better.

Parveen Mehta, our Operations Director, said of the awards: “What inspires me most is watching our people turn challenges into progress. They make our service better, raise our standards, and deliver change together. Our team are what keeps MWW moving forward. They take ownership, work together, and are always improving. These awards are a way for us to give back to them and reward them for all their hard work.”

We wrapped up the awards with a simple truth, and that is MWW’s success comes from our people, how well we work together, and our commitment to keep growing. We can’t wait to keep the momentum going through 2026.
