Sajan Dangol with the Guinness World Record.
Breaking Records, Building Dreams: Sajan Dangol’s Inspiring Journey with MWW
Here at MWW, we believe in the power of dreams, dedication, and the incredible potential within each of our team members. This is why on February 16, 2024, QA warehouse operative Sajan Dangol, supported by his colleagues, set a new world record for the most football touches with alternating feet in one hour by performing an astounding 9,218 football kickups at Lordswood Boys School in Birmingham.

Sajan, who was a professional footballer in his home country of Nepal, has always been passionate about pushing his limits. His dedication to his sport and his relentless pursuit of excellence reflects the core values that drive MWW. But Sajan’s remarkable achievement was a collective effort, with the support of his colleagues Narinder Sidhu, Shubham Chapp, Sandoz Bukovynskyi, Fareed Obadi, and Nurujjaman Nayan, who were cheering him on and helped organise and document the record breaking attempt.
The day was a rollercoaster of emotions after Sajan’s initial attempt fell short at 286 kickups. But Sajan and his team were determined to break the record and after a brief two-minute break and a bit of encouragement, he was ready to try again. Their persistence and teamwork paid off, and on their second attempt, Sajan made history.

This accomplishment is more than just a world record; it embodies the values we cherish here at MWW—investing in our people, fostering a culture of collaboration, and supporting one another in our collective pursuit of excellence. We are incredibly proud of Sajan and his team for exemplifying these principles and setting a new standard for what is possible when we work together.
However, Sajan’s world record journey doesn’t end there. Buoyed on by his recent success, he has set his sights on an even more ambitious challenge: achieving 29,032 kickups in a single attempt, a number that symbolises the height in feet of Mt. Everest, the world’s highest mountain and which is in his home country. Sajan’s ultimate dream extends beyond football and records as he aims to one day climb Mt. Everest, and this record-breaking attempt is a significant step toward that goal.

As a company, MWW is fully committed to supporting Sajan in his new challenges, just as we supported his world record achievement. His story is a powerful reminder that with determination, teamwork, and the right support, no dream is too big.
Please join us in congratulating Sajan and his team on their phenomenal success. Stay tuned as we continue to support Sajan on his journey to break new records and reach new heights. At MWW, we believe in investing in stars like Sajan—because when our people shine, we all shine.
